Nexus: a central link or connection.

Talent Nexus connects talent with need. Recruiting is at the nexus of psychology, relationships, research, and communication. I started Talent Nexus as a culmination of 20+ years of Talent acquisition experience.  Building on my background initially in Executive Recruitment, and then in Corporate recruiting, I am Passionate about matchmaking. My primary driver is to understand my clients' business at a deep level- that is key. With that knowledge, the process flows.
